Once we receive your payment, you have a reserved space in the Retreat.  Please mail your registration form and the signed Terms and Conditions form as soon as possible.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  Beading in Paradise reserves the right to cancel this Retreat if the minimum number of students are not registered by September 24th 2014 and will then return all money paid at that time to registered participants.

 

For cancellations before October 22nd you will receive a full refund less $100 non-refundable deposit.

 

Cancellations between October 22nd and November 15th will receive a 50% refund.

 

There are no tuition refunds for cancellations after November 15th.  Registered spaces are transferable.  By signing up for the Retreat and making a deposit you agree to these terms.  Please also read the Terms and Conditions document and sign and return it along with your registration form.

 

The cost of the Retreat does not include transportation to Key West or Hotels.  Please see the event FAQ for what is included in the Retreat.  We will send you a full Retreat package with all the info you need with your confirmation e-mail.
