What does the Retreat Include?

• Meet the Teachers Wine and cheese party

• 2 Full-day classes with your choice of teacher

• A half day to spend around the hotel pool with all 3 teachers - to bead, ask questions, and maybe start a new project. 

• Lunch Friday and Saturday

• Saturday night Cocktail party hosted by Impossible Things Bead Emporium and Studio

• Trunk show with all 3 teachers

• Commemorative tote bag with goodies

• Transportation from the Key West Airport to your Hotel.

 

What Additional Costs should I expect?

You are responsible for the following additional costs:

• Transportation to and from the Retreat

• Hotel Costs. We have a special rate at the Nyah Hotel.  Book your room through Loretta, our Event Coordinator, to get this rate.  Rate includes continental breakfast and happy hour.

• Kit fees if you choose to use a kit. Before the Retreat you will be given a supply list if you choose to bring your own beads.

• Dinner costs

• Rental of Bikes or cars if you choose to use them.  Key West is quite walkable.  Cabs are inexpensive and readily available. 

 

The Sunset cruise is optional and is an extra  charge

What should I do in the evenings?

Thursday evening will be our Meet the Teachers and Welcome cocktail party at the Nyah Hotel. Afterwards you may want to go out for a light dinner.  We will provide you with a list of great places to go.

 

Friday after class either head back to the hotel and enjoy a swim in one of their pools or hang  out in the Jacuzzi whilst enjoying their complimentary happy hour

OR

join us for a sunset sail and party aboard Fury’s Commotion on the Ocean.  Afterward, wander downtown and grab a bite to eat at one of the many fine dining places Key West has to offer.  Casual is the key.

 

Saturday we will be hosted by Impossible Things Bead Emporium at their store for a cocktail party.  Afterward, stroll around the corner and check out the famous Green Parrot Bar before you head onto Duval Street for your evening, or back to the hotel to relax or bead a little more!

 

Sunday we will bead together in the morning then Loretta will be on hand to help you with transportation back to the airport if you need it.
